Alternate Old Ale recipe
Brewed 1/8/1988, Bottled 2/6/1988, Size 10 Gallons
Ingredients:
2 cans Munton and Fison unhopped dark extract
4 cans Brewmaster light unhopped extract
~10 oz cluster hop pellets (boil)
~2 oz cluster hop pellets (finish)
2 packs unknown yeast (pitched immediately)
1.5 cup corn sugar (bottling)
Specific Gravity Readings, 2 carboys:
OG1 1.070 @ 91 deg F
OG2 1.057 @ 86 deg F
FG1 1.020 @ 65 deg F
FG2 1.024 @ 65 deg F
