3 oz saaz hops (boil)
3 tbsp gypsum
1 pinch irish moss
1 oz saaz hops (finish)
2 packs Muntona yeast (failed to start)
2 packs Leigh Williams yeast (started ok)
0.66 cup light dry malt extract (bottling)
1.75 cup corn sugar (bottling)
Specific Gravity Readings, 2 carboys:
OG1: 1.021 @ 75 deg F
OG2: 1.036 @ 80 deg F
FG1: 1.008 @ 70 deg F
FG2: 1.008 @ 70 deg F
