Add water and wort to 6 gallon glass primary fermenter, and cool quickly to Yeast recommended temperature and add yeast,
Let it work for about 7 days.
Transfer to secondary 5 gallon glass fermenter to continue to work and clear.
Keg or bottle after about 14 days, could be sooner, could be longer.(use 3/4-1 cup dry extract boiled in 1 quart water and let it cool for bottling priming).
Charge your keg at 25-30 psi for 1-2 days, afterwords reduce charge to normal pressure and drink (the longer you wait, the better it is).
