Description:
Just like an Aussie draught should be!!
Ingredients:
* 1.7kg of Tomas Coopers draught hopped malt extract kit
* 250g of light dried malt
* 750g of dextrose
* 28g of pride of ringwood hop pellets
* 1 wirlfloc tablet [or 1 tsp of irish moss]
* 15ml of improzyme [dry enzyme]
* 15g of European lager yeast
OG: n/a FG: n/a
Primary Ferment: 5 days
Secondary Ferment: 2 weeks
Procedure:
Add hopped malt extract, light dried malt and dextrose to 6-7 litres of boiling water. Bring to a boil and add the hop pellets and boil for 30 minutes adding the wirlfloc tablet in the last 10 minutes. Strain into your fermenter, cool and add water to 20 litre mark. pitch yeast and improzyme at 25 degrees C
