Ingredients:

3 lb crystal malt (modified mash technique)
0.5 lb flaked barley
1 can Laglander light lager
1 oz northern brewer hops (boil)
0.5 oz saaz hops (boil)
1 pinch irish moss
1 oz cascade hops (finish)
0.5 oz saaz hops (finish)
2 packs Muntona yeast
3/4 cup corn sugar at bottling time
Specific Gravity Readings, 1 carboy:
OG 1.023 @ 75 deg F
FG 1.020 @ 70 deg F
