Ingredients:
* 6.6 lbs Dark Malt Extract
* .60 lbs Roasted Barley
* .40 lbs Flaked Barley
* .25lb Black Patent
* 1 oz Northern Brewer Hops (bittering)
* Wyeast 1084 Irish Yeast
* Irish Moss
* Gypsum
OG: 1.044 FG: 1.011
Primary Ferment: 7 days
Secondary Ferment: 10 Days
Procedure:
Steep grains for 30 minutes at 155
Add Extract and hops at Boil
Boil 60 minutes then cool, sparge, and pitch yeast.
