Forrest's Fire Beer recipe
Ingredients:
2 cans John Bull light malt extract
5 lbs honey
~7 oz chopped ginger root
4 oz cascade leaf hops (boil)
2 tbsp gypsum
2 handfulls cascade leaf hops (finish)
2 packs John Bull? yeast
1.5 cups corn sugar (bottling)
Specific Gravity Readings, 2 carboys:
OG1 1.014 @ 74 deg F
OG2 1.022 @ 89 deg F
FG1 1.010 @ 74 deg F
FG2 1.008 @ 74 deg F
