Watermelon Wine
Follow the Basic recipe for One Gallon.
2 Quarts Water Mellon Juice ( no seeds)
2 Quarts. Luke warm water
1-1/2- Lb's Sugar
2-1/2- teaspoon Acid Blend (for correcting acidity)
1- teaspoon Yeast Nutrient ( yeast starter food)
1/8 teaspoon Tannin
1- Crushed Campden tablet ( to kill any wild yeast and bacteria)
1- Cuvee wine yeast
Starting Gravity 1.080-1.085
