very strong beer. Exceeds 10 per cent alc. Best to store bottled for 3 to 6 months before serving. Beware of blow outs when fermenting during primary fermentation. Beer is very smooth after 6 months . Currently making again.
Ingredients:

6.6lbs lite liquid extract
* 4lbs lite dry malt
* 2lbs honey
*
1lb crystal malt
* 3oz galena hops
*
2oz nugget hops
*
3787 belgian trappist ale yeast
OG: 1.096 FG: 1.012
Primary Ferment: 10 days
Secondary Ferment: 14days
Procedure:
boil malts and honey for 1 hour with 3 oz galena hops add one oz nugget hops last 5 minutes of boil. Add 1 oz nugget hops in secondary fermentation for dry hopping
