As you come in out of the cold snow, imagine the warm, comforting aromas of spiced mulled wine. This rich and sweet mélange has notes of cinnamon, cloves, allspice and orange peel. Allow this wine to heat you from the inside – simply place on a stove over medium-low heat until steaming (do not allow to boil), add a splash of Amaretto, Port, Schnapps or other liqueur if desired.
