1 Lb. Raisins

7 pints water

2 Lb's Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Acid Blend

1/2 teaspoon Dry Pectic Enzyme

1/2 teaspoon Yeast Energizer

1 Campden tablet

1 ea. Cuvee wine Yeast
